Hey – I’m Char, founder of SNDWRK.

I’m from Reading, and if you know me, you know I’ve always had love for music. I grew up with rap in my ears and rhythm in my blood. Music has been part of my identity since day one — from watching Starz TV and Channel U as a kid to digging into the underground UK scene before most people even clocked it.

I’ve studied music business, worked behind the scenes at real industry events, and built my platform from the ground up — first on Instagram, and now, a full website. (Still can’t believe it sometimes.)

But SNDWRK isn’t just a blog.
It’s my way of giving back to the scene I care about.
It’s about scouting cold talent, spotlighting real artists, and offering genuine feedback — not fake love.

💭 Why I Started SNDWRK

I got tired of seeing talent go unnoticed and mid music get hyped.
I wanted to change that.
I wanted a space where good music actually gets recognised — not just what’s trending, but what’s timeless.

Whether it’s raw freestyles, clean rollouts, mad branding ideas, or smart strategy — I love breaking things down and helping artists level up. I know how hard it is out here. That’s why I’m building a space for real ones only.

🎶 Why I Love Rap So Much

Rap is more than bars. It’s culture. It’s storytelling. It’s survival.
Whether it’s real rap, conscious flows, cold wordplay or gritty freestyles – rap gave people like me a voice before we had a platform.
Now that I’ve built one, I’m using it to celebrate and protect what I love most.
